Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Engineering or relevant field or Business
- Certificate in appropriate Engineering discipline is added advantage
- Three years of experience in operations, maintenance, process control and performance, Measurement in Brewery or drinks or food manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated understanding of Permit to Work system and SBL SHE policies
- Demostrated understanding of teamwork principles, continuous improvement
