Job Summary:
Fastlink is seeking a motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to lead efforts in acquiring and managing corporate clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our travel services and building long-term partnerships to support the company’s growth. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the Corporate Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue through strategic sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales and Client Acquisition
- Identify and target potential corporate clients for ticketing, tour packages, and travel management services.
- Create customized proposals and negotiate contracts with companies and organizations.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base through consistent communication and relationship-building.
2. Account Management and Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Offer tailored travel solutions that meet client needs and enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of travel services.
3. Market Research and Business Intelligence
- Monitor trends in corporate travel and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather insights to improve service quality.
- Identify and recommend new B2B opportunities across various sectors.
4. Proposal Development and Presentation
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations and pitch materials for potential clients.
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Track key performance metrics such as deal conversions, client retention, and revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, tourism, or airline industry.
- Proven ability to manage corporate accounts and exceed sales targets.
Technical and Soft Skills
- Strong skills in negotiation, business development, and strategic selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Strong proposal writing and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage time and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
