Commercial Key Account Manager – Alistair Group | June 2025

Role Overview: Commercial Key Account Manager (CKAM)

As a CKAM, you will be the main contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and proactively. This role demands excellent communication, operational insight, and a strong customer-first approach. You will build lasting relationships and drive value for both clients and Alistair Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers’ industries and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify new service opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and grow revenue.
  • Act as the daily liaison between the company and clients, resolving queries promptly.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate assets and manage orders from confirmation to delivery.
  • Prevent delays and manage issues to avoid unnecessary charges.
  • Support onboarding new customers and new projects with dedicated attention.
  • Provide regular performance reports highlighting successes and improvement areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Good understanding of logistics and transport operations.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (7:20 AM – 4:20 PM) and Alternate Saturdays (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
